On this short film I learned how to navigate conflict and resolution with the crew while still trying to run a set.
I sent out call sheets and emails to the crew to make sure everyone knew what was going on before and during production. On set I was constantly checking on everyone making sure they had everything they needed.
For final deliverables I was responsible for personal releases, location agreements and location releases.
